Our Standards

Salon Policy

Appointment Changes

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals

  • We offer a 15-minute grace period.
  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled due to scheduling limitations.
  • Your next appointment can only be booked after the 50% cancellation fee has been paid.

Service Changes

If you decide to remove a service upon arrival, a 50% fee of the cancelled service will apply.

Illness

If you're feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to help protect our team and other clients.
